  • Turbo Jam Workout DVD – I hear it’s all the rage, but never tried it!
  • An Aerobic Step with a step DVD.
  • A good app for my Android phone for keeping track of my stuff at the gym. Accepting recommendations.

If there are any “must have” items you recommend, please share them with me!  I already have a swiss/balance ball, yoga mat, blocks, strap, thirsty towel, resistance bands, Slim in 6 DVD Series, Winsor Pilates, and beginner yoga with Rodney Yee.
